Shipping Policy
- Free international standard, registered, worldwide shipping for items purchased with us. The Tracking number will be provided once the product is shipped.

- We use Thailand Post Airmail with tracking number but once it enters the buyer’s country
it goes through their country’s postal services.

- For an added fee of 50 US dollars we can ship your item with UPS/EMS 3 day delivery.
This shipping is paid by HeavensStoneZ for any items priced over 800 USD.
Estimated Delivery Time
We're shipping worldwide from Chiang Mai, Thailand. The following shipping options are available.
- Standard registered shipping by Thailand Post with tracking number.
- Expedited shipping (with tracking) (EMS/Expedite).
Expedited shipping is highly recommended for items over 800 USD.
The estimated delivery times in working days are:
- Standard shipping (Free Shipping Worldwide)
Asia : 7-10 days
Europe : 10-18 days
USA: 9-14 days
Australia : 12-14 days
- Expedited shipping 3-4 days (50 USD per time)
- Returns are accepted for up to 7 days after receiving your item in the mail.

- Stones and jewelry should be returned in the same condition and postage will need to be paid by the buyer. We will issue your refund through Paypal only.
- Within 1 month after receiving your purchase, should the stones and jadeite be found to be other than that of Grade A, with legitimate gemological laboratory proof provided to us,
we will refund you the full amount of your item.
International Buyers
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

- These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- If you don't receive your item after a few weeks please don’t panic,
please send us a message and we will do our best to correct the problem. Many times packages are late due to being held up in the Customs of the country they are entering.
